Nikita Uvarov

Resident of Kansk (Krasnoyarsk region), a minor at the time of the prosecution. Detained in June 2020 shortly after he, together with Denis Mikhailenko, put up leaflets in the city in support of Azat Miftakhov and those convicted in the "Network" case. On 10 June, Uvarov was taken into custody in the case of training for terrorist attacks. In November, a case of participation in the activities of a terrorist community was opened. As one of the evidence of guilt, the investigation used correspondence about the explosion of the FSB building in the computer game Minecraft, but these circumstances were not included in the indictment. In March 2021, the charge of participation in the activities of a terrorist community was dropped. On 4 May Uvarov was released. On 10 February 2022, he was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony. In October 2023, Uvarov was transferred from an educational colony to a general regime colony until his 19th birthday.
